- Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm
- We prefer PayPal; our PayPal account is sales@lpwinc.com. You can call us for payments at 1-866-LCD-CPPS. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Money Orders/Cashiers Check. These options can all be used upon checking out with your purchase.
- We accept phone calls at 239-656-4421 during normal operating hours. If you prefer to leave a message please email us at sales@lpwinc.com. You can contact us with any questions by clicking here.
- When sending an email please respond with any previous emails or conversations attached. Please understand that we receive over 500 emails and phone calls a day and we can’t remember everyone we responded to and what it was about.
- Feedback will be left once you are satisfied with your purchase and left it for us.
- We are internet based only and are not currently accepting any drop off’s or pick ups at this time.
- All items are shipped UPS ground within 2 business days of us receiving payment and a email with tracking information will be sent next business day after shipping.
- We ship to PO boxes at no additional charge using USPS and is shipped weekly.
- We no longer ship to APO and FPO addresses.
- Every item is shipped in a BRAND NEW BOX, with new packaging material. (If package arrives damaged you will know).
- In the an event item was received damaged, we must be notified within 3 business days by calling 1-800-pickups. Follow the instructions given by UPS to return the item to us. Once we have received the item a replacement item will be sent out as soon as possible.
- All parts, new or pulls, carry a 30 day warranty from the day you receive the part. Ebay items have a DOA warranty unless othewise noted. If an item is defective, we will gladly let you return the part for EXCHANGE ONLY. Shipping costs are not refunded.
- All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- If making a return for an item that was purchased through a Ebay auction you need to use this RMA Form to return the item.
- Since many computer manufacturers use many different model LCD panels in the same model laptop, the only way to find the LCD you need is to remove your current LCD panel and find the model number on the back of the panel. With this model number we can tell you if we have it or a compatible model in stock. The computer model and/or part number will not help us get this information for you.
- Screens we sell are mostly system pulls that have been refurbished to working
order. We do not refurbish the glass therefore most have minor cosmetic blemishes due to normal use. There should not be any cracks or lines on the LCD’s.
