Sales Policy
 
We specialize in carrying low cost refurbished items. What does that mean? It means the majority of items we carry are system pulls or reconditioned. All of our item have been tested by trained technicians and are in good working order. Some of our products may have cosmetic imperfections due to wear and tear, but do not affect the performance of the unit. For these reasons, our warranty only covers the operation of the item and not the cosmetics. We use security tags on all the items we sell to identify our merchandise. These tags will read void or show evidence of tampering if altered in any way. Removal or tampering with this security tag will void the warranty. All parts, new or pulls, carry a 30 day warranty unless noted from the day you receive the part. If an item is defective, we will gladly let you return the part for EXCHANGE ONLY. Shipping costs are not refunded. We warranty our LCD's against 5 or more dead pixels. No other extended warranties apply. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

RMA

We Use UPS as our primary shipper. We will ship to PO boxes using the Priority Mail system, no extra charge. Priority Mail ship’s out weekly. Most Items are shipped within 48 hours. We only use new boxes and packaging material. We take pride in packing each item as well as can be. Tracking numbers are issued and sent through email directly from UPS within 3 business days of the transaction. Please keep in mind most email companies such as Yahoo and Hotmail use bulk mail filters that may block mail from UPS. It may be necessary to disable the mail filter in order to receive your tracking information. Any order with a P.O. box will not get a tracking info email.

In the event an item was received damaged, we must be notified within 3 business days. Follow the instructions given and once we have received the item a replacement item will be sent out as soon as possible.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES ... International customers may be subject to import duties & taxes and/or brokerage fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Your charge from LPW.INC includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance and/or brokerage fees must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office or local UPS brokerage office if you need additional information. We declare the actual purchase price of your product for insurance and customs purposes. Please do not ask us to reduce the value of the item you purchased, or declare it as a warranty item or gift.

Returns:
  • All products from LaptopPartsWarehouse.com come with a 30-day warranty unless advertised differently
  • No return/exchange/warranty after 30 days. NO Exceptions!
  • All items are security tagged. Tampering or removing this tag will void the warranty.
  • DOA products, Deviations, Short-shipments must be reported within 3 business days from delivered date.
  • All returns must include a valid RMA# RMA Department
  • RMA # only valid within 14 business days from issued date.
  • Returned packages with an invalid or expired RMA# will not be accepted.
  • Warranty/RMA number will be invalidated and a restocking fee will apply if returned products are not in original packaging with all accessories.
  • All defectives product will be replaced within warranty period.
  • All refunds are subject to 15% restocking fee.
  • Full refund of purchase price will be issued if replacement is not available for defective product.
  • No UPS pick up service for all return merchandize.
  • If making a return for an item purchased with our site shopping cart get an RMA number this by clicking My Account in the top bar, select the order, and click Return for the correct product.
  • To return an item purchased on an Ebay auction you must use this RMA Form.
  • Shipping/Return-shipping costs are not refundable.
